Message from Ian Butler
Firstly I hope you, your family and your employees have had a positive 2022 - here’s to a prosperous 2023.
As you know we specialise in supporting SMEs across the country on a number of projects. As well as giving access to responsible lending and trade facility options, our core service is helping companies Selling to, Buying from or Merging with like minded suitors. This may be a Trade to Trade transaction but occasionally EOT (Employee Ownership Trusts) are a great alternative way to dispose of a business ; rewarding your loyal employees that helped you get the business to the positive place it has reached.
Across all of our work - We maintain a neutral stance in this process, serving as an effective connector and support for all parties.

Any fee we receive for introducing you to them after is paid to us directly from the lender. You will notice that across the board, excluding trade facilities like Invoice Discounting -Buying, Selling, Merging, M&A funding and Working Capital our fees are 1% on success Only.
